Hired by Aurea to handle remote operations, partnership management, and marketing communications on a worldwide basis. Was tasked with building a world-class channel partner program. Asked to build a partner portal using SalesForce’s Force.com platform as the underlying technology. This was in an effort to streamline business activities amongst a growing group of partnership companies that was to eventually scale into the hundreds.
- Developed and managed global partner marketing communications strategies, plans, team, and budgets.
- Established and maintained external alliance communications + content calendar, and managed global partner conferences + events. Increased partner attendance to events by 162% from 2013-2016.
- With the leadership team, authored short- and long-term business, sales, and marketing plans and playbooks used across the entire partner business-unit.
- Developed and maintained dashboards for leadership, sales, support, and operations.
